Arbor App for Parents - Update 3

We are getting ready to launch our new parent payment app with Arbor, and we want to make sure everyone is ready to go from day one.Please note that ParentPay will no longer be used for payments from April 27th 2026. Parents will not be able to make payments after this date.

Your exisiting balances will be moved across to our new system.We will be sending out new passwords and user details to all parents and carers for Arbor Pay from Friday 24th 2026 these will be sent to the email address we have on file for your account.

Please note that our office staff will be transferring balances from ParentPay from Monday 27th April, parents will not be able to make payments during this period.We expect the payment system to be switched on in the Arbor Parent App by Monday 4th May 2026.
