In The Media: Not Sutton or Edgbaston - Birmingham's best primary school named

A school in Birmingham has been crowned the best primary in the city - and one of the top settings in the entire country. And the achievement is all the more impressive because Lea Forest Primary Academy is not in Sutton Coldfield, Edgbaston or any other leafy and affluent part of Birmingham.

The primary is in Kitts Green, just a short distance from some of the poorest streets in the city and the whole country. So leaders at Lea Forest, run by Lift Schools, are clearly doing something right.
